I’m Amanda, a registered dietitian with years of experience working with people from all walks of life—hobbyist weightlifters, D1 competitors, high school athletes, and everyone in between. I’ve helped hundreds of people shift from short-term, quick fixes to sustainable nutrition strategies. Everything I do is grounded in evidence-based nutrition.

After earning my nutrition degree from Purdue University and completing my dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine, I’ve built a career that combines performance nutrition with the realities of everyday life (because we can’t escape reality, right?).

Nutrition isn’t just something I talk about—it’s something I’ve studied, applied, and refined throughout my career. I’m here to guide you toward a healthier relationship with food that prioritizes health first, and performance second.

Beyond my career, I’m also a proud mom of two little girls (you know I have to mention my kids!). My husband and I love raising our family on a farm in Battle Ground, where we enjoy the simple things in life—coffee on the front porch, live music, and traveling.

And by the way, if you’re a Dolly Parton fan, we’re already friends.

I’m excited to bring my knowledge, care, and a little bit of yap to our work together.
